Acupuncture is the most often practiced component of Chinese Medicine. It involves inserting tiny filiform, sterile, disposable needles into the skin at select acupuncture points along the meridians. Who is Zarah?

A longtime Kundalini Yoga teacher and meditator, Zarah has been delving into and teaching various healing modalities for over 25 years. With her warmth, grounded energy, and knowledge of the body-mind connection she is able to hold a safe container for her clients. She trained in Toronto as a bereavement counsellor after the death of her mother, recognizing how important grief support was for her own healing, which lead her to become a therapist. She’s also a professional performing and recording musician, and her recent albums reflect the human condition and focus on love and healing,

Zarah completed the two-year program in Hakomi Psychotherapy with the Hakomi Institute in Calgary. She is passionate about the necessity for humanity to cultivate a co-creative relationship with nature along with being more self empowered in one’s own well being.
