Zen Shiatsu
Zen Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork based on the five element theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is extremely gentle and results in a very, deep state of relaxation that enables the body’s own healing powers to circulate. I use thumbs, fingers, palms, elbows, feet and knees to apply pressure along meridian pathways while focusing on the body’s response to the treatment, helping to cultivating a greater sense of presence and consciousness towards the healing process. Zen Shiatsu will help your body to bring harmony to the meridian pathways and open the flow of energy.

Yoga Classes
Yoga Classes done in a group.
Yin Yoga : A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to six minutes, sometimes longer.
Vinyasa Yoga Class: An Ashtanga based vinyasa class is all about attention to alignment and devotion to flow. It starts slowly with sun salutations to ease you into your body and gradually builds into a dynamic flow. The integration of movement and breath provides the ultimate mind-body practice. You’ll leave with your body, mind and soul feeling rejuvenated and in alignment.
Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing system rooted in Ayurvedic principles that combines acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines called sen, and assisted yoga postures.
Thai Yoga Massage takes place on a mat or firm mattress on the floor where both the client and practitioner remain fully dressed in comfortable clothing. No oils or creams are used.
The receiver is positioned in a variety of passive yoga postures while the body is gently compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked. The rhythmic massage includes palming and thumbing along the body’s energy lines (sen). The massage is uniquely dynamic with the practitioner often using their legs, feet, arms, and hands throughout the session.
The synergy of acupressure and gentle dynamic movement leads to numerous benefits including; relief of muscular tension with increased flexibility and tone, joint mobilization, improved circulation, expedited metabolism, boosted immune system, release of blockages and overall energetic balance.
I invite you to experience the nourishment and renewal this ancient practice brings to the body, mind and spirit.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese word that translates to ‘spiritually guided life force energy’. When the body is out of balance, we often experience the manifestation of dis-ease or pain. Reiki energy intelligently supports a natural flow of ‘ki’ through the body. By receiving a session from a Reiki practitioner, you step into the realm of quantum energetics and frequency healing where all things are possible.
Reiki energy heals by flowing through the affected parts of a person's body field (the chakras, meridians, tissues, organs, etc.) and charges them with light force/positive energy. It raises the vibratory level of the energy field both in and around the physical body which causes the vibrational rate of dense/negative energy to transform. 'Ki' is the connective energy of the universe and there is an unlimited supply.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is an anatomically precise modality that is approached both manually and energetically. This gentle approach allows the body to release restrictions and holding patterns in a way that more forceful modalities cannot. Craniosacral Therapy addresses the root cause and facilitates self-correction and deep healing. The effects can be quite profound as issues can be worked on at a level that many other manual therapies cannot reach.
Craniosacral Therapy is helpful for: acute and chronic pain, inflammation, digestive issues, concussion and other brain injuries, TMJ, insomnia, hormonal imbalances, and trauma related symptoms such as anxiety and depression.
Plant Spirit Cleansing
During a Plant Spirit Cleansing Brooke draws from a variety of tools (blessed water, anointing oils, herbal teas, smudging plants) to clear specific spiritual illnesses (fear, grief, rage, etc.) from your energy field. Oftentimes, these energies lay dormant for years or even lifetimes and are often the root cause of a wide variety of symptoms that affect all levels of health. These techniques and prayers have been passed down through the lineage of Tul'Ix Indigenous Arts practitioners. It is a gift to share them with you in the spirit of personal and collective healing and wellbeing.
